It's an autobuy for me, even unheard. And now I've heard a song, thanks to you. Do you know if it will get a physical release?

3 Great bands. That would be a great tour to catch.

I'm very excited about this. I've seen Dear Hunter before and would see them again, but LEPROUS is the biggest excitement for me. Perhaps my absolute favorite.

I have never seen them, but they are putting out some really good music, and seem to be on of the hot up and coming prog related bands right now. Wish this tour was coming closer to me.

Me too! At least I saw them last year in Madison based solely on a written review, and loved them so much I had to start this thread.

The full digital EP is on sale now at https://caveandcanary.bandcamp.com/a...-all-should-be

I saw no indication that there will be a physical release, so for less than 5 bucks I bought the download. I stand with the reviewers above, excellent, emotional release.

Around 2012, The Dear Hunter produced another EP that is not even referenced at Discogs.com : The Branches EP. The songs were B. Linus, Isabella, and Owls.
I can't say this was his greatest work, but maybe an interim selection of ideas, sort of like All Is As All Should Be.

the new EP came out on Vinyl

see my video from December 6th

As far as the Branches EP, and a couple of others (Random EP #1 and #2) those were all released if I recall, before The Color Spectrum, but after Act III 2009-2010.

There is the Migration Annex which is I suppose an EP or an overflow of material that was not on Migrant, that came out in 2013.

Just stumbled on this thread, looked them up, and found they are playing just south of me in March. THIS is why I am happy to support PE.

I listened through the EP for the first time last night. Very cool chord changes and arrangements. No need for a lyric sheet. He has to be the most clearly enunciating singer ever.

Casey does have superb diction, but for me the king of articulation and pronunciation in a prog band vocalist is Peter Nicholls of IQ.

This would actually make an interesting separate thread. I agree both Casey and Peter have amazing articulation.

So... $180 ..if I didn't own them all, in some cases multiple copies, I might get this.

Casey was on with "The Lead Singer Syndrome" Podcast and while they talk about a lot of stuff, maybe the best thing talked about is both Act VI and the current thing he's working on (although it's NOT revealed, at least some details about it will come soon per he wants to wrap up at least some facet of it before the upcoming Tour in November).

new tune ""Inquisitor"/"I Forgot the Name (For Real)"

"This was part of a project Casey Crenscenzo wrote and produced with and for those who preordered The Acts box set. Casey said he didn't mind it if someone shared the song so here it is!"

    new podcast/interview with Casey

-he's still working on this Short Film "The Indigo Child" which the name came from wanting to base it on "Indigo" from The Color Spectrum, but it became a lot more.
-a 5-song Solo EP under the name "Honorary Astronaut" is coming; 70's Rock in the vein of ELO and Bowie I guess
-The band has music they are making based on "locations"
