    Most beautiful song, well it's something that changes daily. I just heard this one the other day, besides being a most beautiful song i'll go on record to say it has the most beautiful slide guitar solo as well.

    Harrison wrote some lovely, low-key gems. 'Be Here Now' springs to mind.

    Indeed, All Things Must Pass has a few worthy of mention in this thread- the title track and 'Behind That Locked Door' are really gorgeous.

    Sandy wrote a lot of beautiful songs. For sure that was one of her best and several years ago I saw the Strawbs and Dave Cousins teared up when talking about her.

    For that which is not,
    there is no coming into being
    and for that which is,
    there is no ceasing to be;
    yea of both of these the lookers into truth have seen an end.

    Spock's Beard "June" came to mind immediately in the prog genre, as did a few Kevin Gilbert songs like "A Long Days Life" or "Shannon Elizabeth".

    The Beach Boys "Surf's Up" is a very beautiful song. Also the accapella piece that opens "Smile" is gorgeous.

    Yes

    It Will Be A Good Day (The River)

    The House Of Yes / Yes Live From The House Of Blues

    Yesfans if you haven't heard this, you're in for a real treat. Put the headphones on and enjoy. Make sure it's the House Of Blues version!

    Non - Yesfans, lose yourself in the blissful, hazy shimmer of this. It could change your paradigm.
    Perhaps finding the happy medium is harder than we know.
