Rush - A Farewell To Kings 200G vinyl

Does anyone have this yet? Is it worth the 30.00 you'd typically pay for it?

I'd recommend picking up a used copy in good condition. Heavier weight vinyl does not sound any different. It is just more resistant to warping.

This is a remastered DMM. Also, resistance to warping is very important when the standard vinyl of the 70s typically warped on just about every album. I had about 1400 LPs I purchased between 1972 to 1986. About 90% had enough warping to have a significant effect on the sound. One of my favorite cartridge styles back then were the Stantons with the brush that provided some damping relief on slight to moderate warps.

Also, Mercury pressings were below average in my experience.

I found out I can get it on Amazon Prime for just under 24.00.
    That'll work for me.
