    Vocal harmony suggestions

Looking for recent/ current acoustic-based artists and bands with great vocal harmonies ala CSN.

Tranquility - both debut s/t and Silver (not new, but very CSN-like)
Pentatonix (as acoustic as you can get-acapella)

Not sure how recent you are looking for, but this from 2002 is about as CSN like as you can get and a great album:

I'll second the Pentatonix and Thorns recs. Both are great, IMO.

    Here's a good one:

    I'll third the Thorns.

    How about Fleet Foxes?

Good Day Everyone... and a happy 2017 to all!

    Acoustic?...Kind of
Electric?... to a large degree yes
Vocal Harmonies?... Some of the best and most interesting I've heard in some time

Thanks to fellow 'listers' Dave Astley and Toronto boilk also in attendance - The Moulettes (although the band is in a 'change mode it seems) put on a wonderful show in Toronto during 2016. Vocal harmonies that really hit the spot!

Not sure if the Moulettes would be of ongoing interest....but certainly worth a few minutes of 'eartime' to find out!

    Carry On

Oops - missed the OP - was just listing a classic band with excellent vocal harmonies.

I was looking for something else and found this thread but if you haven't heard the Brothers Landreth, you definitely should check them out. They play electric and acoustic both and do wonderful harmonies and are very good players to boot.

Latest from David Crosby: Here If You Listen.

    As I wrote before:
“Great one IMHO: a truly wonderful collaborative effort; the Lighthouse Band is just awsome!
This is his fourth consecutive excellent album he's produced since his unexpected late career renaissance that began back in 2014!.”.

    Pura vida!.
