ESP with Cross, Jackson, Spalding, Gee, Hara etc.

Live show tonight in London: a new project from Tony Lowe (worked with people from Roger Daltrey, to the Pet Shop Boys, to David Cross, to Toyah) and Mark Brzezicki (Big Country's drummer), with guests including Cross, David Jackson, Phil Spalding, Steve Gee, John Beagley, John Young and Yumi Hara (from Henry Cow spin-off, The Artaud Beats).

The camples sound great! The vocals at times have a relaxed 70s Roger Waters vibe, while there are loads of instrumental passages, ranging from intense to dreamy/melodic.

In the press-release that came with the promo it said that Mickey Simmonds would play during the release-party too (woops, it's also mentioned on the sunncreative-site you mentioned).
Fine album b.t.w. (posted it in the New Releases-thread a week or so ago).
For those who haven't seen it yet, here's a clip:

I am struggling with what the actual official artist / band name is. Is it Lowe & Brezicki's ESP or just ESP?

What I have heard so far of the album is very enjoyable. It reminds me a bit of Lifesigns debut album (John Young does guest on one song IIRC).

I had the same "struggling" when I received the album, but went for just ESP quite quickly, also because of the inside of the cover.
Maybe this helps a bit too: http://sunncreative.com/latest/news-2/

AFAIK, it was first called ESP, but there was one or more existing bands with that name, hence the change to Lowe & Brzeziki's ESP....
