I'm just glad all the late-nighters can hold up a visible on-screen record album to represent their musical guests, instead of a CD that looks like a postage stamp on a Winnebago.
Also, holy shit! Who the hell allowed the bass player to be audible in a Metallica song since Cliff died? Madness.

That riff sounds pretty much like classic Metallica. But if the new album is brickwalled like Death Magnetic or has the Lars Ulrich cardboard snare sound you can count me out.
