The UK Ultimate Collector's Edition. Then I'd have it!

Today, the answer would be Pain of Salvation "Remedy Lane". Tomorrow, it might change.

Once you're on the island, you won't be able to change it!

I would think that a box set would be considered cheating perhaps? If not, then the 17 disc [I]The Beatles (The Original Studio Recordings Remastered) Box set.

It's just me, Maryanne, and Mike Keneally's "Wine and Pickles."

Too bad Maryanne forgot the battery charger. I guess we'll have to listen to the surf all freaking day.

This is going to be a long maroonment.

Jennifer Warnes - Famous Blue Raincoat (Songs of Leonard Cohen)

Variety, melody, high production values, lyrics to ponder, and the warm, caressing voice of a lovely woman (essential when stranded alone on a desert island!)

I didn't know that such a thing existed.

I'll look it up some time...

I could go for the Grobschnitt box.

I think Desert Island Boxset may be a different thread. If not, I'd nominate the Miles Davis "Complete Columbia Albums" box.

But I think single discs are a more interesting topic, although you could male a case for double albums if they are all "of one piece" if you know what I mean.
