    I just went to the ECM Records website. I have ordered many ECM titles directly from them. It appears that they have this title for sale, I'm sure it would cost a lot less than $50...

    They actually don't. They have a stupid way of telling you whether or not it's available. You go to where it says "Available on CD LP", put your mouse cursor on CD and it says "n/a".
