Whatsmore, they seem to be prepared to fight to the virtual death to establish that validation as a form of objective truth. This strikes me as being both futile and more than a little dumb. Does everything have to be 'prog' to be good??
Ronnie James Dio disagrees with you.

The most interesting thing about PE is how they handle these threads.
PE will allowing thread hijacking and absurdly disrespectful attacks from member to member... yet they will
lock up one of the most viewed and popular threads in the last few weeks such as "Challenges facing start up Prog bands" because the OP has a different view of prog than some moderator.

A discussion about electronica over invading into the prog scene is a real life situation worthy of discussion. The insults and attacks here should just be deleted then kept on topic.

Locking thread is just power tripping.

Jesus, fucking QUIT IT! That means everyone!

NO ONE gets to play God and decide who can and cannot be discussed in this or any other thread.

    Thread closed.
    Regards,

    Duncan
