    Prog License Plates

Think this has been done before but I ran across this one in a parking lot the other day and wanted to share.

Be cool to see some other ones if anyone has any.
Eric: "What the hell Hutch, it's all Rush, what if we wanted a little variety?"

Hutch: "Rush is variety, Bitch! Rule number one: in my van, its Rush! All Rush, all the time...no exceptions."

    From "Fanboys" 2009.

Back in the late 70's before Rush became more popular, I saw a "RUSH2112" license plate on a car at one of the toll booths in the NYC area.
You say Mega Ultra Deluxe Special Limited Edition Extended Autographed 5-LP, 3-CD, 4-DVD, 2-BlueRay, 4-Cassette, five 8-Track, MP4 Download plus Demos, Outtakes, Booklet, T-Shirt and Guitar Pick Gold-Leafed Box Set Version like it's a bad thing...

It's not easy, so only a few band names are possible with numbers only, and using the stylized numbers that car customizers use on plates, so for example, 7 can either be T or Y:

    4514 - ASIA
    7070 - TOTO
    5464 - SAGA
    4884 - ABBA
    870 - BTO

My license plate is LIC. NO.

When the officer stops me for speeding I always get off because the judge agrees with me that the paperwork isn't completely filled out.

I thought about doing LUVSTFK but decided it probably wouldn't be good to have my wife driving around with that.

Don't know where you live, but that would be just about impossible in Wisconsin, where they scrutinize the hell out of every personalized request & deny a shitload. Yours is too obvious to fly under that radar.

EDIT: When I applied for PROGEZR I got a form in the mail & had to explain "Senior citizen into progressive rock" before mine was issued.

I saw a license plate the other day, it was something like ANU5645.

On first glance it looked dirty.

Back in the '70s, someone in the California DMV must have deliberately let this one throughl, cause I saw it driving round: FCK NXN
Cobra handling and cocaine use are a bad mix.

Yes, they definitely screen for this sort of thing. Funny thing is, I came up with it totally innocently...and thankfully came to my senses shortly afterward.

Ya know, if I wasn't so old & spaced out, I could probably figure out with the powers of deduction that I used to possess who this "new" member Captain Geech is.
