Your favourite prog one-album wonder? (pick one!)

My fav is LP Kad misli mi vrludaju ("When My Thoughts Run Free") by Zagreb's band Aerodrom ("Airport") from 1979. Somehow, this album beautifully illustrated the atmosphere of Zagreb and Belgrade in the late 70s.

While this is not the only album credited as Aerodrom, the band were radically changed their musical direction to the New Wave already on the second album released in 1981, so I consider Aerodrom as de facto one-album wonder regarding prog as well.

I would go for England: Garden Shed.
For me The Last Of The Jublies isn't an official album, more a demo-recording.

I know and it was a total flop. So JW and his WotW are a one-album wonder.

Oké, makes sense. I thought it was about bands who made one album and that that album was a wonder
So it's about a band that has one top-album and x-flops (or very un-progressive recordings).

They recorded a second album in the 90s (confusingly using the same album art as the first):

There was a second, archival release (1989) by Opus-5, Sérieux ou pas. It has a different flavour from Contre-courant but I like both recordings.

Did I hear something about a second, unreleased Island album or was I thinking of a different band?

Along with the Kaizen album and the first Trem do Futuro, that Grandbell album is one of the 90s hidden/forgotten gems.

    Fantasia - Fantasia (Finland, 1975)

Several more honorable mentions come to mind...

    Unifaun - Unifaun
    Morte Macabre - Symphonic Holocaust
    Terpandre - Terpandre

Never mind, I didn't bother to read closely enough. I was considering Hope their only prog album out of the five... not realizing the thread was looking for bands that only released one album.
