Prog Inspired Plexi-glass Touch LED Bass Pedals I Created (shameless plug :)...

    Hi PEers!

I have always loved the whole Bass Pedals concept,.. beginning with Chris Squire (and of course Rush took that to the Nth degree). I once made a custom set of Pedals for the bass player in Styx (...also made some equipment racks for Steve Walsh's studio around the year 2000, but that's another story!). Hey,.. Jobson has his Plexi violin. It's only logical

Anyhow,.. if it's permitted, I thought some folks around here might enjoy seeing this. I understand if the powers nix it though ...

    Cheers! Jim

Those are pretty trick! I also think Mode 2 was best of the lot.

Looks cool. Why should guitar-players have all the cool stuff?

Renate, maybe you can come up with a guitar that is played with the feet.

    I prefer the laser harp.

    Ok, I'll play:

    1. The TomHanks-o-Tron 3000
    2. Bass-o-Matic
    3. Colin Bass' BassMaster 5000

Just kiddin' Looks pretty cool! I hope you sell a lot of them. Are you sending any to people like Geddy Lee to see what they think?
Maybe someone like Pete Trewavas would be easier to get it to.

Tracking seems pretty spot on. I have a set of Roland PKs & there is a slight latency issue which I hate. Live it's not noticeable but for recording it's definitely a problem

Considering it seems to be ment for live performances, I don't think it's that much of a problem. In a studio-situation, you can use alternatives, like a keyboard.

If you can play the PK consistently while recording you can shift the track to correct the timing. Depends on if it's distracting while recording.
I can see where you might want to use it to record if you're used to using it live.
