Sorry, no it wasn't but I couldn't resist. I'll make up for it now more in line with the spirit of the thread.
Classic twee band branding:
Classic twee band posturing at the Spinal Tap level:

... and this one, words fail me, but I throw up in my mouth a little every time I see it:
P.S. The Happy the Man cover I think is great if slightly precious... but not twee unlike those completely vomitorious Iron Angel covers - I just know I'll hate the music even more than the cover art. Great!

^^^ Pawn Hearts isn't twee either. If you want a twee Whitehead cover I'd vote for Foxtrot! (Of course both albums are great).
I think an album cover can be twee and great. Happy the Man and Foxtrot both fill the bill for me.
This, however, is nothing but trouble.

The Budgie cover isn't twee. It's tweet.
A lot of these covers do have twees on them, I've noticed.

I'm not sure they're as much "twee" as "stupid".
Two pages and no one mentioned this one?

Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883...
I actually don't mind that Symphony X cover. It's clever in a Magritte kind of way.Classic progressive bromide vacuity also file "Symphony X V: The New Mythology Suite" under the pretentious category:
Twee - Excessively or affectedly quaint, pretty, or sentimental.
I disliked this album cover so much when I saw it back in the 1970's that the wretched thing has stayed in my mind ever since:
