The live interaction really adds a new dimension to this, doesn't it?

So Isles end of season swoon has begun.

While I have not geeked out enough yet to calculate the stats; generally speaking, it appears the Isles are a 50-65 game team. They made the playoffs for the 1st time in the short season in 12-13; then faded out of playoff contention post ASG in 13-14. In 14-15, they were leading the division for about 2/3rds of the year; but again faded including losing the last game of the season to lose home field in round 1...grrr...

And its happening now again. IMHO, it becomes a problem that costs a coach his job. Sometimes a coach cannot get a particular roster over a hurdle; and that may be the case with the Isles and Capezio Jack.

Gee, I hope you didn't hurt yourself jumping off the bandwagon, Yves.

I think there were plenty of others to break his fall.

You guys must all be trembling now that the Leafs have finally entered the real world. Brendan Shanahan, I love ya dude!
People laughed when they hired Babcock. Ohhhh, they need players, not a coach. Well, this coach can make a beer league team compete. Brilliant move. Even better was the hiring of Lou Lamoriello. Everything starts at the top. The Leafs are finally on the road to respectability and I'm anxious to join the rest of NHL fandom in being super excited about my team. Watch out, that's all I gotta say. These guys do not mess around. The old scouting staff is gone, the coaching and management revamped...the young players look promising. Man, it feels good to be a gangsta!

I just stepped off at my stop since the bandwagon is going nowhere this season. I'll be back in 2016-2017! Habs have got a nucleus of young talent and will be a playoff team again next season... "I guarantee it!"

Is that Lino I see posting? WTF?!

LINO! Welcome back brother! I've been holding down the Leafs fort without you, but I hope you plan on sticking around. Or at least showing up next season.

His post above either busted my Sarcasm-O-Meter or Lino has truly drunk the Kool Aid.

Honestly, I'd love to see the Leafs relevant again...and Ottawa... and every Canadian city. All USA this year! WTF is up with that?!

No kidding, Canadian teams suck this year. However, I feel no pain for one particular Canadian team...and i swear...if they win that fucking lottery again, I WILL go postal. Just a warning.

If the Leafs don't win the lottery then the fix is in... Don't forget that Lino is also a Ravens fan so he knows all about a league conspiring against his team.

He's been on Facebook trying to persuade everyone that the Armstrong moon landing was actually filmed in Utah.

Brian, given how poorly it's worked out drafting high skill forwards the past few years, maybe they should pass on the first overall pick and find that franchise D-man they so badly need, a little further down the list.

    Yes, I'm Captain Obvious.

Coincidentally, I just read an article about Darnell Nurse's advanced stats. It turns out at this (early) stage of his career he is most comparable to Jack Johnson and to a lesser extent, Zach Begosian. Keep searching Oiler Nation.
