It arrived and it is fantastic. Just watched the July 3 show. It appears they did not merely just transfer the original footage of the simulcast but went back and did editing for artistic reasons.
The footage is great, the sound is fantastic !
Yeah man, the percussion kit that Mickey has is incredible. Probably makes Terry "Small Penis" Bozzio jealous that he clearly has not overcompensated enough .

And yet, the melodic highlight of the drums portion was Mickey playing a tiny thumb piano that was MIDIed up.

Must be taking notes on the great AACM leader Phil Cohran.

I thought it was bizarre they had iPads on music stands ( which is actually normal ) but the PDFs look like they only had lyrics, no music or changes. You would think that Bobby knows the words by now .

The bonus Blu-ray has a 90 minute art presentation pictures and music art collection, as well as 36 minute documentary on the fans . No interviews of the bandmembers though, it appears.

In a very nice touch, they did a music video of black and white still footage from the 2015 Fare thee well concert at soldier Field, and set it to "Black muddy River", as song by Jerry . I think that was in the set on the last Grateful Dead performance at soldier Field in 1995.
