Is this going to be on sale, or you needed to contribute to get one?
Just done with the notes / interviews in English & French plus the layout with quite a few rare or previously unseen photos (with lots of changes in hair- and waistlines...), looks pretty good, we've met the deadline for the box to be manufactured & available in time for the Magma shows in late February (and the premiere of the "Magma in China" film which James told me yesterday he would be attending).

Do you know when they'll be shipping to those of us who pledged? Also, if you have any input, could you please ask them, when they send out emails, to send bilingual versions? My French isn't very good and the email asking for my mailing address was difficult to wade through. I think i got everything right.
I would guess the CDs will have been manufactured ca. 15-20 February, so hopefully by late February/early March if they're well organised and/or have committed to such a delivery date contractually.
There's really little hope in that department. English is clearly not their forte... You can always ask me (here or privately) if their blurbs are beyond the capacity of Google translate... ;-)Also, if you have any input, could you please ask them, when they send out emails, to send bilingual versions? I don't think I mentioned any such thing, unless you mean Magma when you write "the band". In fact it's Le Triton selling the box at Magma's upcoming shows at their venue. One Shot is no longer going. When it appeared James would be unavailable for a while, Philippe decided against carrying on with another guitarist. So there is a new band called NOSH (short for "New One SHot") with Daniel Jeand'heur on drums, Bruno Ruder on Rhodes, plus two new musicians - Maxime Fougčres on guitar and Frédéric Chiffoleau (ex-Médéric Collignon's Jus de Bocse) on bass. They'll be playing the material Jeand'heur and Ruder wrote the now abandoned next One Shot album. I don't know if Bubu is going to do anything with the large quantity of new material by him that One Shot had been playing these past 2/3 years.
A photo of the new band (on the occasion of their début concert last Friday) plus more information in the article below -

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

Where can I get this box set? Anyone knows?
I figured people involved in this release would be more interested in actually selling this box set. Many are posting on this thread, but no info on where to buy.
I'll be at Le Triton in a couple of hours for the premiere screening of the Magma In China film (with at least James MacGaw and Philippe Bussonnet in attendance of the One Shot guys) and will definitely ask them what the deal is regarding how people can get this. Le Triton aren't themselves a distributor or "proper" online outlet so I would suspect people like Steve at Wayside would have this for sale. But remember this isn't actually released yet. I'm hoping to maybe have a copy tonight as the Magma shows where it will be on sale are only a couple of days away.
Sorry not to have replied earlier, but my involvement was really only in making and editing the interviews for the accompanying booklet. No one from Le Triton proper is on this forum.

Just back from Le Triton... All members of Magma (who are rehearsing in the venue in preparation for the 4 shows later this week) were in attendance for the showing of the almost-completed "Magma In China" film, the current band plus the two members who are in the film but have since left, i.e. James MacGaw and Jérémie Ternoy. James looks very different from the film, he's lost weight and hair, but he didn't look different from when I interviewed him last Summer so the change was pretty sudden after he was diagnosed with cancer in June and immediately started treatment. So basically he's no better or worse, from what I could see. I only exchanged a few words with him and obviously it didn't feel right to ask him if things were looking good or bad for the future. We'll have to wait and see... Vander sat right next to me - it was amusing to see him (and hear other members of the band behind us) reacting to the footage, which is a mixture of "band on the road" cinéma vérité stuff and substantial chunks of live footage from all three shows on the mini-tour.
Regarding the One Shot boxed set, I got my copy and it looks good. The text looks smaller than I expected (having worked on the layout on a computer with magnification) so I apologise in advance to those who may find it difficult to read... I just tried to squeeze in as much info as I could, and I do think it's a worthy read. The object as a whole looks very nice and saves considerable space compared to having the separate CDs.
As for how to get it... Basically their point was, this is a limited pressing of 500, of which 150 are already sold, so basically they'd like to sell as many as possible from their own website - the online store is at : http://www.letriton.com/shop/fr/ This is all in French and I'm not sure there is an English version. The box sells for 50 euros postage included, but that is probably for France only. If you'd like more info, I suggest you write to Jimmy Vivante of Le Triton at <jvivante@gmail.com> and see if he has any advice for you (I expect his English to be good enough to help you with whatever you need to know). He was unable to tell me if foreign vendors are going to stock the box, so I'll leave Steve at Wayside and others to chime in and say if they have any plans to.
Again, if anyone needs help navigating around the site, or has trouble completing an order, feel free to contact me privately and I'll do my best.

Thanks, Aymeric!
Folks, unless a number of you say that you want this, and do realize that it's probably going to go for $70 or more, since we previously carried all of these CDs when they were in print originally, I will probably pass, as my guess is that most folks who buy from Wayside won't need this.

I need to replace two of my discs due to theft but it appears that the Le Triton website has both of them for sale individually.
I tried to order from Le Triton using Paypal, but after you logged in I was redirected to the site of Le Triton with the message that something is missing. I guess Paypal can only be used when you're from France or when you've first registered yourself.
But indeed, it's all French to me
50 euro including postage is fair, but I ony need Ewaz Wader and Dark Shot, and dont need a box.
