Ok, I solved No. 1, but I can hardly claim to have solved it, since I did so by thinking of a plausible name and then verifying that someone with that name actually existed.
I never heard of Richard Wileman, nor did anything turn up on a net search. I just submitted it as the only name I could construct that looked like a real name.
