Joey Fatone's Message to One Direction is Pretty Funny

Oh damn, this is funny. I had no idea Fatone was this hilarious, or this self-aware.

I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

Yeah, kudos for telling it like it is. By the way, what's "one direction"?

    That was excellent!

One Direction is four sexually non-threatening boy things that my daughter likes because eveyone else does.

It says it's by Joanne Bradley, is this actually a parody of a Joey response? Whatever it is, it's excellent.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

He left off "hosting a TV show on Food Network" and "having to listen to Guy Fieri and Rachel Raye shooting orders at you in a celebrity competition with Taylor Dayne, Cheech Marin and Coolio".

Why did I read Banging with the Stars? It must be some dirty mind or something.

It's a bit of a marvel/mystery to me how this particular British boy band made it in the US when so, so many others failed. I saw the series of The X Factor where they were 'put together', five years ago.

I've heard lots of their stuff by osmosis but they aren't in my world at all, then it's not aimed at me in the first place.

Which boy band are you referring to? Joey Fatone was a part of N*Sync - an American band that had nothing to do with The X Factor.

    He's referring to One Direction

For every thousand manufactured boyband there's one or two that stick and have a 3 year run.

And they run in cycles. Even the ones who play instruments like Hanson and The Jonas Bros.

Never knew who these people were until last night. I need to get out more. And if I do, I hope I don't hear anymore of this stuff.
