    Fleshquartet/Fläskkvartetten

Any love or interest in Fleshquartet/Fläskkvartetten? I mainly know them from the second series of "Wallander". Their music sometimes sounds like an amplified Penquin Cafe Orchestra.

    There's a beautiful crafted box-set from the Wallander-soundtrack: http://www.fleshquartet.com/#

There are some copies left at a Swedish shop.

Here're some other albums they made: http://www.discogs.com/artist/62770-Fleshquartet

I loved their phase with Freddie Wadling on vocals - very, very powerful stuff. Saw them love with that lineup a handful of times and they were always great - even when Wadling appeared dead drunk. They used to have the violinist from Älgarnas Trädgård in their ranks, y'know - and for a short time even Morgan Ågren played with them. I must admit I haven't listened very much to them these past 15 years, though.

The two albums with Morgan Ågren are their best IMO: "Whats your pleasure?" and "Goodbye Sweden" - Freddy Wadling is one of scandinavias best/most interesting singers, and suprisingly unknown.
These are videos a little later than the Morgan Agren period but still great
