Astra, Half Past Four, Happy Family, Cardiacs, Pure Reason Revolution, The Mars Volta, and most recently Snarky Puppy.
I'm certain there have been more, but those are the ones that immediately spring to mind.
PE is also great for keeping me abreast of what the bands I already like are up to. I never would have known about VDGG's Alt if not for this site, for example.
