    A Farewell to Kings on Blu-Ray

    Anyone get this yet??? Love to hear some reviews on to whether to purchase this or not

    It'll be the same 5.1 mix they used for the Sectors Box set a few years back. (They did the same thing with Fly By Night, and you can probably expect Signals to be reissued next.)

    It's not a bad mix, a bit harsh in places but fun.

    Let's hope they don't screw this one up like they did the Sectors version - the stereo his res version ended up missing chunks of instruments in Closer To The Heart....

    I'm happy with the remaster that came out several years ago.
    "The White Zone is for loading and unloading only. If you got to load or unload go to the White Zone!"

    Same here, I have the Sectors boxes and got the corrected DVD replacement. I don't see the point to have the Blu-ray version in my case.

    My very first Prog album. AFtK will always have a special place in my heart.

    I saw them do half the album on Don Kirschner in September, 1977 (OK, they were miming, but still) and my young mind was permanently blown. Just plain blew me away.
    Ran out to buy it the next day.

    I'll pick up the BluRay for sure.
