    Any word on other dates?

Hoping for Balt / DC, Ram's Head in Annapolis, would be perfect

May have to go "Back in NYC" if not

    Thanks for the heads up

I don't know about any other dates, it came across in an email alert so I jumped at it. I would imagine there would something regarding the "tour" on their website?

It's required that you convert to Roman Catholicism before you can use phrases like that, Moishe!

I saw them in Chicago last year with Mussida. The first adjective that pops into my head is inspiring. Awesome, killer, da bomb etc. all apply, but I felt inspired by those 3 guys who are my age or very close to it sounding almost as good as they did when I saw them at their Schaefer Central Park gig more than 40 years earlier!

I think that this is without Franco. I believe that his last time playing with PFM was in Italy a short time ago, but I may be wrong?? It would be great if he were with them, but do not count on it.

As long as this isn't on a Wednesday, Prince Spaghetti Day, I'll be there.

Let's hope that they book more dates. They said they'd be back...

It seems they're back on the Cruise To The Edge, figure a few more dates will be added as this NYC show is 5 days after the ship returns to Florida.

Looks like PFM are still major stars back home. All those young and beautiful people bopping along to "Celebration"... Something we won't see at the Highline Ballroom!

Interesting that they played "La Rivoluzione" from Serendipity (though a pretty mediocre version), "Romeo and Juliet" from In Classic, and then (uninterestingly), "E Festa" from their first album. Franz di Cioccio is pretty much the leader at this point- I guess he'll also be singing "Impressioni di Settembre" from now on. Setlist from an April 28, 2015 show, courtesy of setlist.fm:

    1. Appena un po'
    2. Photos of Ghosts
    3. La luna nuova
    4. River of Life
    5. Out of the Roundabout
    6. Harlequin
    7. Promenade the Puzzle
    8. Dove... quando..., parte I
    9. Dove... quando..., parte II
    10. La carrozza di Hans
    11. Romeo e Giulietta: Danza dei cavalieri
    12. Maestro della voce
    13. Mr. 9 Till 5
    14. Guglielmo Tell: Ouverture
    Encore:
    15. Impressioni di settembre
    16. È festa
    17. Celebration

"Dove Quando part II" is a surprise, but the rest isn't. But I bet they didn't actually play "Appena un Po" *and* "River of Life," since the latter is just the English version of the former.

Yes, but they often credit them that way in tracklistings, since they sing "E Festa" in the first part, and then "Celebration" in the second part.

Here's most of the show from 26 April; starts off with "La Rivoluzione" from Serendipity, I believe "Il Banchetto" is part of the (correct) setlist too.

Gotta freakin' wait 6 more months...

Oh wow- they played "Passpartu"- I don't think they've done that one since 1979, though I probably shouldn't trust setlist.fm for PFM setlists anymore.

    I can't imagine a PFM without Franco.
