Aside from MSG, I can only think of Café Lena in Saratoga, NY, where Bob Dylan is said to have launched his career. Tiny little place.

Until right now, that's exactly what I thought too. Never knew 'bog' was a slang for toilet!

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

I rest my case. The forum thread takes another twist.
We are proud in England to be able to say "I'm going behind the bike-sheds to have a fag" without smirks being raised.

Tipperary and it was a long way on those Irish lanes (plenty of accident black spots).

Hmmm, the still image on that video gives a misleading impression of an ample-bosomed Yorkshire Lass.

Perhaps this would be a more accurate image for the old Tykes?

Incidentally, for our American 'cousins' who have never encountered a Yorkshireman,
here is an example of their fine hospitality and wit:

Blimey! When was that then, the 1960s or even earlier?

Since 73, when Ireland joined the EU there has been an extensive programme of main road construction. Ireland now has some of the best roads in the world. To get to Tipperary, "lanes" are not necessary, unless you were coming from a local's house nearby. From the north you take National Road N24, which is a straight run from Limerick right into Tipp. From the south the N24 runs straight into Tipp from Cahir, and from the east the N74 runs straight into it from Cashel. I've driven a lot on the N24 and never had a problem.

Another English slang term for toilet is the doughnut in Granny's greenhouse.
