    Well, the short answer is that he was really mad that the band wouldn't allow "Circus Of Heaven" to be a side-long epic.

    I disagree. I don't think the reboot had anything to do with why he left and I'm a little tired of always reading the same excuses over and over. True Yes fans know the real answer.

    I think I am on Jon's side on this. Side-long epics are pretty much a universal guarantee of quality.

    I just know I'll never forgive either side. In an alternate, beautiful world, "Circus Of Heaven part VI: No Clowns" would have existed. And it would have been all spoken-word, apart from an Alan White jazzy ride cymbal background.
