"Green Funyons PR is delighted to announce that following the successes of Steve Hackett's "Genesis Re-Visited...Turn It On Again and Again" tours, the prolific axe-meister revealed plans to re-imagine and re-visit what he termed "the most neglected and under-rated group I'd ever had the pleasure of collecting a paycheck from." Details of Hackett's planned two-disc "GTR Re-visited" album (and subsequent tours) are still being finalized, but Hackett did drop some hints that the never-released but rumored-to-be-revered second album "Nanotrend" would be re-recorded and possibly played live in its entirety. Band members have yet to be finalized, but Hackett did confirm that Max Bacon has declined to sign on for the forthcoming album; Hackett said that Bacon "did not want to look backwards to former glories". Among vocalists being considered for the front-man spot include Genesis Re-visited vocalist Nad Sylvan; Hackett said that "Nad does a pretty spot-on Bacon, who knew?"
