Opinions please...new female fronted acoustic group

Hey all...So I have started a new acoustic project with an amazing singer named AshLee Holloman. While primarily a duo, we have a couple of friends who help us out at times, mainly a pair of very talented sisters on guitar and percussion...Anyway, we are called FROM THE MORNING (borrowed from the Nick Drake song) and we are sort of leaning in an art-folk direction. A mix of covers and originals...We just started playing out in December and have begun recording our debut album, hopefully to have it out by the end of this year. Anyway, I'd love to get some feedback on the videos below. Also, those of you who are facebook users can "like" us, if so inclined, at the following link:

Thanks Lou. Not sure about Farpoint, but if we do any more recording any time soon, I'm sure I'll talk with her about it. Right now we are putting a lot of focus into this project, but who knows what the future may hold!

Just a quick update on this duo...Our first single is available as a download...It's called "The Bridge," and it was written in response to the tragic shootings that too place at Mother Emanuel church in Charleston, SC this summer...It's kind of a reminder of how the community came together in love and unity...Please check it out if so inclined. Thanks in advance!

I've collected quite some covers of songs by Nick Drake and this is a very nice addition.

Thanks! We will be including the Nick Drake cover on our debut album, which will be out probably early next year. But since you mention ND covers, have you heard "Which Will" by Matt Auten? It's beautifully well done.

    You can sample it here:
    http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/mattauten

(Matt was a super talented guy, and a friend of my sister's, who tragically passed away recently, leaving a wife and 2 kids...Every purchase would be helpful to them.)

A nice version of Hallelujah. Alas this song is been played to death by all singers in talent-contests on television.

Why thank you! I love AshLee's voice on it, and I felt like it was one of the better songs I've written...Not complex or "proggy" in any way, just a simple melody and simple words that I think convey what I was hoping to convey pretty effectively. Again, thanks for the kind words.
