New NAPALM DEATH album "Apex Predator-Easy Meat"

Bloody hell. Like The Stones or Aerosmith, these guys just don't let up. Now, almost 35 years down the line, they're still (well, pretty much) getting better and better. This new one is fantastic, even by their own, high standards. Any other fans here ?

Well I'll say. I honestly thought they were over and done with about 12-13 years ago. Then again I haven't really listened to them for some 20.

Not a huge fan (yet) but I do like 'em. Looking forward to seeing 'em at MDF later this spring.
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Scrode: You must change that. To my ears, every studio album from 2000 on (especially, "Enemy Of The Music Business", "The Code Is Red" and now this one) has been awesome, and consistent.

EDIT: Batt: Hope you like them at the Deathfest.

Sounds like I'll have to pick this one. Adversarial Copulating Snakes is killer!

I'm with Bruce Dickinson on this - no melody, no tune, no point.

I quite liked the clip. But then again I'm not a certified pilot like Bruce Dick.

I like the fact that Napalm Death exist. I admire their integrity and staying power.

Now if only I liked their music...

Does it matter that this waste of time is what makes a life for you?

That's what I always say about a guy like Henry Rollins.

However, I could name a couple of hundred "prog" bands whose music I dislike and whom I'd rather not want to exist either.

I only followed them during their punk/grind days. Hated them when they turned death metal with the "Mentally Murdered" EP. Shane Embury killed the band, when he brought the guys from Terrorizer and also Barney for the vocals. The coffin was sealed after Mick Harris left in 1991.
