    I remember playing Traffic's "Low Spark" to death during that period. I was big fan of Atomic Rooster also. Everything Crimson did. I was also very into Amon Duul II. My favorite Top 40 hit from that period was "Something in the Air" by Thunderclap Newman. "Earschplittenloudenboomer" by Steppenwolf was a fave. "What Is Life" by George. Yeah, great period. Notice it came to an end right about the same time that Kiss came out?
