    I notice that ProgArchives lists 'Mr. Sirius', as Canterbury Scene, although being from Japan, so I think its a sound. Interestingly, I don't find Mr. Sirius sounds much like a canterbury band, as much as I love Mr. Sirius.

    Most of the artists listed here I quite like, although I relate to the poster who noted a lack of 'whimsy' with some of these artists. To be fair, no one can write quite like Dave Stewart, who adds a whole lot of beauty and emotion, while also being complex and whimsical.

    I don't know if I can pull a list of favorites, but to many of the fine suggestions, I would also include:

    Underground Railroad - Through and through (some canterbury-esque moments)
    Ske - 1000 Alunni (okay I think I hear a bit of canterbury? )
