    Gustavo Cerati, RIP

Gustavo Cerati passed away this week, after spending four years in a coma following a stroke. I don't think there's a person from Latin America that doesn't know Soda Stereo. World class music, enjoy

It's a huge loss for us in the hispanic/latin american music community, he was a gigantic figure in what it came to be known as the "Rock En Tu Idioma" (Rock In Your Language) movement of the mid/late 80's-90's in Latin America, Soda Stereo and Cerati's solo output are classics among the rock music in Spanish, check out Soda Stereo's albums Canción Animal, Dynamo and Sueño Stereo and from his solo output Cerati/Melero Colores Santos, Amor Amarillo and Bocanada...
I live in an ephemeral eternity
