Does anyone besides me think Kate would be insulted to be nominated to a Rock n Roll Hall of Fame? I mean would anyone on this thread really label her music as Rock n Roll?

Even on the virtual tours Florida gets shafted :lol
:rofl
David Sancious releases a new recording and nobody here lets me know? Come on! I count on this thread to learn about these things.

Okay, I'm turning in my prog credentials. I swear until I started reading this thread I had no idea there was a two CD version. Good Grief!

That was excellent. Thanks for the heads up!
I would say this is definitely the case! I have most of their CDs and have seen them live a half dozen times. The live shows are wonderful to behold.
No guilt.

I think that video of Nick was one of two Mike Keneally told me he watched after Andy recommended him (the other a more recent video where he had drums). After watching both Mike agreed with Andy...
You may find some of the reviews by Ted White (aka Dr. Progresso) on this page useful.
Doesn't he need some knives or something? :lol
Sad post from Frank on Facebook today:
"Selling my LA Sax Zebra striped Happy The Man saxophones. Much as I hate to do it, I must sell the Baritone and Alto saxes to raise some money (hate that...

1. Expensive compared to what? It's a specialty magazine with all of the adverts music related, so you know there is not a lot of income from those.
2. You must be really attuned to new music...
Good news indeed. Thanks for the heads up!

A huge thanks to greeneking and PE without which I would not have been alerted to this show. I just happened to be in Rochester for work earlier this week, so was able to catch the show.
WOW,...
Enjoyed that one a lot.
Thanks for the tip. Passed to a friend of mine who will love this.
This sounds quite promising!

Great radio interview and radio show.
Kudos to the station and the DJ for making it happen.
Living in Silver Spring at the time, Gaithersburg WAS the end of the earth, and about as far as I felt...

Karen and I hope to see you there (she doesn't know yet - shhh it's a secret).
I thought this odd, as I've always thought Orion had pro sound. In any case thanks for posting and making me aware...
I think this reflects a total misunderstanding of the "prog community". If you think this is some cohesive mass, you simply have not been paying attention to the posts on PE. There are many...
While there is nothing wrong with self promotion, you may want to dampen your expectations. I think helicase put it well in his post above.
^^^Sounds Great!

Seems to be an updated version of the Gizmotron invented by Creme and Godley and used on Consequences.
I've got their last three CDs. To my ears this is the weakest of the three but charming none-the-less.
Just stumbled on this thread, looked them up, and found they are playing just south of me in March. THIS is why I am happy to support PE.

For some reason I never get a reminder from the administrators, and it's not until I realize the star has disappeared from my profile that I remember to donate again. I may be months behind :oops ...
Hands down my favorite quote: “People are always begging for piano prog ditties, so what are we going to do, not play them?”
Thanks for posting that link Steve. It was perfect listening while...
Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Will the inside sleeve contain all of the lyrics? :lol
:lol Point to Brian.
Worse. He is on PE. See prior post by bjoneill74.
You have fans?
Seriously though, I like the cover, and the little bits you've posted so far. Very much looking forward the June release.
Cover art? I told you to keep the crayons from Charlie!
^^^Did not know that.
Again I learn about a band in my backyard here. I really need to get out more.
Liked that one.
Nice!
